The SAHCA Alumni Mentorship Program pairs up an ISU HCA Alumnus one-on-one with a current HCA student. This program is designed to allow the alumnus the opportunity to maintain their relationship with ISU in one of the most valuable and rewarding ways possibly - by offering their invaluable expertise to students in the HCA program. Each mentorship will be different depending on the needs of the relationship. Recommended correspondence consists of the alumnus taking the student out to lunch, going over a valuable book, making phone calls with the student, and helping the student find internships and other opportunities. Each year, SAHCA will host multiple alumni/student correspondence events that will allow the alumnus and student to meet face to face.
